Blue Jays' bad baserunning ends in triple play

Poor baserunning turned a routine Blue Jays grounder into a rare form of triple play by the Seattle Mariners on Sunday.

Cue the circus music.

The 3-6-2 triple play is quite uncommon. One hadn't been turned since 1955, according to the Society for American Baseball Research.

The Blue Jays lost to the Mariners 6-5 in extra innings.
