As the weather gets colder and the season ramps up, Canadian ski and snowboard stars take their skills to mountains all over the globe. Take a look at some of the impressive pictures they're posting.

High-performance athletes spend months of their lives travelling and competing all over the world. Here we share some of the impressive pictures they're posting to social media.

Canadian skiers and snowboarders did their share of travelling this past week, leaving behind their friends, family, and even their teammates.

Cross-country skier Ivan Babikov was struggling to leave the snow globe he calls home to start racing:
