On July 27, 1996, Canadian sprinter Donovan Bailey powered past the finish line in world-record time at the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games. It has been 20 years since Canadians exploded in cheers around their televisions to celebrate his golden 100-metre win in 9.84 seconds, and the memories came flooding back Wednesday.
Today marks 20 years since <a href="https://twitter.com/donovanbailey">@donovanbailey</a>'s golden Olympic moment. More Olympic coverage at <a href="https://t.co/fk1z5Ktllr">https://t.co/fk1z5Ktllr</a>. <a href="https://t.co/Q2hE7Ijfu3">https://t.co/Q2hE7Ijfu3</a>

Bailey commemorated the anniversary by bringing out the two medals he won in Atlanta - gold in the 100, and gold in the 4x100 relay.
