Canadian Brady Leman finishes 2nd in men's big final, Ryan Regez of Switzerland claims gold.
Leman, 33, fought through tough heats against teammate Kevin Drury to qualify for the big final.

"I'm stoked to be on the podium but it's a little bittersweet getting passed at the finish line," the Calgary resident said in a statement released by Alpine Canada. "It was a battle out there, really cool race, big jumps, crazy drafts, lots of passing, lots of jostling. Nice to ski a race that gives you some adrenaline.

"It's great to start feeling a bit like myself. Things were a little off in December but [it's] starting to come back together."

'I love this track'

Drury, from Toronto, finished eighth overall but still leads in the overall standings after eight races this season.

Phelan beat out her teammate Marielle Thompson for the final spot on the podium on Saturday, finishing behind Switzerland's Fanny Smith and Sandra Naeslund of Sweden.
