MLS playoffs: Become an instant expert on Canada's teams
We'll help you pass for a TFC, Impact or Whitecaps superfan
For the first time ever, all three of Canada's MLS teams have booked spots in the post-season.
With crunch time looming, Toronto FC, Montreal Impact, and Vancouver Whitecaps knowledge will be at a premium.
Did you just say "uh-oh?" You haven't exactly been paying attention this season?
Don't worry, we have you covered. From season storylines to who you're cheering for, our guide will have you prepped for the playoffs and sounding like you've been glued to any one of Canada's clubs in 2015.
Storyline of the season
Montreal Impact: With apologies to Drake, the Impact started from the bottom, now they're here. Last-place finishers in 2014, there was nowhere to go but up for the Impact, who made a splash in July by signing EPL legend Didier Drogba, who has paid off handsomely.
Toronto FC: To be fair, it's been the same storyline for the past few seasons: end the playoff drought by any means necessary. The Reds have never made the post-season in their nine-year existence, but adding key pieces like Jozy Altidore and Sebastian Giovinco have secured Toronto's first foray into the playoffs.
Vancouver Whitecaps: The team only booked their spot in the 2014 playoffs on the final day of the regular season, and were bounced by FC Dallas in a controversial finish. This year, the young squad has another year of experience and sit near the top of the league standings.
Star strikers
These are the men each team counts on to carry the offensive load through (what they hope to be) a deep playoff run.
Montreal Impact: Didier Drogba
The 37-year-old former Chelsea star had seven goals and an assist in five starts in September, lifting his team to a franchise-record six-game unbeaten streak.
Vancouver Whitecaps: Octavio Rivero
The young Uruguayan was added in the off-season to bolster an offence, and he's delivered. Rivera leads the team with 10 goals, a big addition to a team that's regarded more for it's tough defensive play.
Toronto FC: Sebastian Giovinco
The "Atomic Ant" is making a case to be called the best offensive player in MLS history. Giovinco's 22 goals and 15 assists is an MLS record for most points in a single season... and the season isn't over yet.
Fan favourites
You've met some goal-scorers, but here are some players that everyone loves for reasons aside from merely putting the ball in the net.
Montreal Impact: Dominic Oduro
You could say Montreal has grown on the former TFC player. No, really.
The hair is ready, the players are ready, the fans are ready <a href="https://twitter.com/MLS">@MLS</a> is ready. The city of Montreal, you ready? <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/CCLfinal?src=hash">#CCLfinal</a> <a href="http://t.co/CK37yZzhLi">pic.twitter.com/CK37yZzhLi</a>

Random facts only a true fan would know
Montreal Impact: Home isn't just where the heart is — it's also where the wins are. Montreal is just 4-9-4 on the road this season.
Toronto FC: Red alert! Toronto is just 1-7-1 against playoff contenders over the last three months.
Vancouver Whitecaps: Goal drought? Head coach Carl Robinson set a goal of 66 goals for this season — but his team has just 42 to show so far.
Well, that's it. You're ready for the playoffs, which, by the way, begin with the knockout round on Oct. 28. Good luck!
