POV: You want to add some resistance to your workout, but you don't have any equipment at home.

Looking to level up your at-home fitness while still keeping things low impact? Fitness coach Beverley Cheng has a routine that will torch your muscles using a simple household item: a towel.

In this video from her series Fit for Me, Beverley will lead you through a 25-minute full-body session that uses the towel as both a slider and a piece of resistance. No jumping or weights required — just two circuits of sculpting exercises that will get your heart pumping.

Check out the full workout video, then scroll down for the list of moves in each circuit. All you'll need is a mat, some water and a small hand towel to get started. Let's get sweaty!
