A federal judge on Tuesday said Sean (Diddy) Combs will be sentenced on October 3 after the music mogul was convicted on charges of transporting prostitutes to engage in drug-fuelled sexual performances. 

The possibility that music mogul Sean (Diddy) Combs might testify at his federal sex trafficking trial all but vanished Tuesday after his lawyer said he anticipated the defence presentation would last as little as two days and a judge said jurors could begin deliberations as early as next week.
