Commemorations for 12 Quebec children lost in drownings become space for healing
71 years ago, 17 children piled onto a man's motor boat hoping to enjoy a ride. Twelve of them drowned. Decades later, the sister of one of the victims is trying to do her part to help community members heal and make sure the victims are never forgotten.
