The Oct. 1 game聽is the first chance fans will get to see Kevin Durant聽play in a Warriors jersey.聽

If this聽feels familiar, it's because it's becoming聽routine in Vancouver when hotly-anticipated events come to the city.
Tickets also quickly sold out in minutes for the聽Adele, Drake and Paul McCartney concerts.
Bring back basketball to Vancouver
Despite their disappointment,聽many fans also pointed that if the interest in Vancouver is this high for a pre-season game, perhaps the NBA should pay attention.
Ever聽since the Vancouver Grizzlies left the city, basketball fans have only had exhibition games to tide聽them over.
Many tweeted it's time for the city to have its own basketball team again.聽
