It is safe to say that most of us are familiar with parking meters and how they work, but not all parking meters are created equal.
Andrew Tuplin was dropping off his wife and two kids at the Pacific Central Train Station in Vancouver, but apparently he didn't plug the meter quick enough and got a $75 ticket.
Who knew he was on the clock, the second he pulled into the parking spot? Shane Foxman reports.
