Daniel Song is a criminal defence lawyer practicing in Alberta and British Columbia, and one of 400 lawyers who signed a letter supporting the Indigenous cultural competency requirement. He is not related to Roger Song, one of the supporters of the challenge to the Law Society of Alberta.
