Flood repairs at Bowness Park will take at least until 2014.

Flood cleanup at Bowness Park in Calgary's northwest will stretch into 2014 and possibly longer.

The popular park was already undergoing a multi-year facelift when it was badly damaged in the June floods.

While full cleanup will take at least one year, there is some hope the lagoon will open this winter for ice skating.
