Game of Thrones star's Alberta trip fuels plot rumours online
Maisie Williams is reportedly in Canada for Game of Thrones filming
Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark on Game of Thrones, has been experiencing winter up close and personal while in the Calgary area.
She has been spotted everywhere from Banff to Ducky's — a popular karaoke bar in Calgary — while she reportedly films scenes for the popular HBO series expected to return this summer.
She also dropped by National on 10th in Calgary recently.
This would be the third time there has been filming for Game of Thrones in Alberta.
Picturesque Banff photos started showing up on the 19-year-old actor's Instagram account on Tuesday.
It's widely rumoured she is here to film scenes with Instinct Animals For Film, which provides the wolves in the popular hit series. The wolves are shot against a green screen and made larger to become direwolves.
The Alberta company, owned and operated by Andrew Simpson, shared a photo to Instagram of two of its wolves saying they were "ready to work." His 10-year-old Arctic wolf Quigly plays the part of Jon Snow's direwolf, which has made appearances throughout the show's six seasons.

The company has since locked down its account.
The images have since made international news, leaving Game of Thrones fans wondering if it means Williams' character will be reunited with her direwolf Nymeria, who she sent away in season one.
But fans will have to be patient, as an official date for Season 7 has yet to be released.
For now, it seems Williams is having a great time in Canada. She even made headlines for tweeting happy birthday to her much taller co-star Sophie Turner.
