Missing Calgary teen has medical condition, needs help

UPDATE: The missing teen was found safe on Sunday afternoon.
Calgary police are searching for a teenager with a medical condition who was last seen Friday evening.
Her family of is concerned because the 18-year-old doesn't have her medication.
"Somewhere out there tonight, a girl is wandering confused and without proper clothes, possibly even shoeless," said her aunt, Robyn Kunz.
Family members said the girl ran out of a relative's home in the 100 block of Oakfield Circle S.W. around 7 p.m Friday. Police believe she may have been spotted at the Calgary Co-op grocery store on Southland Drive 90 minutes later.
The 18-year-old hasn't lived in Calgary for long, so she doesn't know the area.
Her mother hopes someone will find the missing teen.
"We as a family are gravely concerned about [her] safety," she said.
She is described as white, about 5'5" tall and 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair, and was wearing black leggings and a dark red tank top when she was last seen. She was not wearing shoes.
