Alberta RCMP have arrested a Calgary resident after he was found to be travelling at 235 kilometres per hour near Bragg Creek on Saturday.

23-year-old Calgary resident has been charged with dangerous driving

Alberta RCMP have arrested a Calgary resident after he was found to be travelling at 235 kilometres per hour near Bragg Creek on Saturday.

The 23-year-old male was arrested during a speed radar operation on Highway 762 south of Bragg Creek. He was heading north when police clocked his speed at 235 kilometres per hour in an 80 kilometre zone.

The driver was taken into custody and has been charged with dangerous driving.
