Agnieszka Matejko is an Edmonton freelance visual arts writer and artist whose practice focuses on youth as well as engaging communities in public art projects. Her murals and installations include Word on the Street, where poetry by inner-city residents was sandblasted onto sidewalks in the McCauley neighbourhood. She regularly writes for Galleries West, among other publications.
