Lynne Rosychuk is Jessica Martel's mother and the president of the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation. Creating the foundation helped Rosychuk make sense of Jessica's death and in 2020 their shared dream of building an emergency shelter for those fleeing domestic violence will come to fruition in Sturgeon County.
