Motorist shot in northern Alberta after suspects target wrong vehicle, RCMP says

A man was mistakenly shot last week while driving on a highway near High Level, Alta. in what police allege was meant to be a targeted shooting. Two suspects in the shooting were arrested, but four others remain at large.
