Country legend Garth Brooks has added four more shows in Hamilton, as he returns to Steeltown for the first time in nearly two decades.

The new shows are happening on March 24, March 25, and March 27, the days before and just after the previously announced March 26 show. A second March 26 show at 10:30 p.m. has also been added. Tickets are on sale now, and there is an eight ticket limit per purchase.

The star best known for tunes like Friends in Low Places is playing FirstOntario Centre on alongside his wife, multi-million album selling artist Trisha Yearwood.

The show will no doubt sell out fast – tickets for Brooks' Calgary Stampede centennial show back in 2012 sold out in 58 seconds.

You can buy tickets on Ticketmaster online or by calling Ticketmaster express at 1-855-985-5500. There are no sales at the venue's box office or outlets.

After a long hiatus, Brooks is touring on the back of Man Against Machine, which is his first new studio album in 13 years. Since its release in November, the record has since gone platinum.
