Hamilton police have confirmed an assault at St. Joseph's West 5th campus location, the hospital's second attack in the last two weeks.

Hamilton police have confirmed an assault at St. Joseph's West 5th campus location, the hospital's second attack in the last two weeks.
This attack was reported to police Thursday morning, said Staff Sgt. Maggie Shoenn. Police are still in the early stages of investigating and are speaking to the people involved in this incident.
Thursday's assault at the West 5th location comes two weeks after a patient at St. Joe's attacked two nurses and sent them to hospital with minor injuries. The 22-year-old patient was arrested and charged with assault.
