Canada Post responds to the end of door-to-door delivery

We knew they were coming, and now we know when. Community Mailboxes are on order, and they'll be in Kamloops next summer. For about 25,000 Kamloops residents, gone is door-to-door delivery. 

On Friday, the local union representing Canada Post held a rally to protest the change. We heard from union vice-president Patricia Nauss.

For his response, I'm joined by Canada Post spokesperson Jon Hamilton.
