John McCurrach owns Purity Feed and garden centre in Kamloops. When he throws a seminar on bees and backyard chickens, he's  always a little surprise over who shows up. Lots of 20-somethings, hoping to raise their kids with an appreciation for fresh eggs and honey. This weekend,he hosted a two seminars - one on backyard chicken and the other on bees. John McCurrach joined Shelley Joyce in studio to talk about the growing appetite to "do it yourself" in the backyard.
