March is music therapy month. Music has been used to help treat a wide range of conditions, from cancer, to autism, to brain injuries, dementia and more.

Grant Porter has been working as a music therapist in Kamloops for over 12 years. Mostly with seniors.

Daybreak's Jennifer Chrumka caught up with him yesterday, during a session at the Gemstone Care Centre.
