This weekend, thousands of British Columbians will take to their bikes for the annual Ride Don't Hide event.

It's to help reduce the stigma around mental health issues.

In Kamloops, this will be the fourth year the ride has happened here.

Nancy Bepple is a former Kamloops city councillor, she rode for the first time last year and is one of the organizer's for this year's ride.
