It's cheesy, salty, fatty and totally addictive. You can eat the classic version of poutine, with cheese curds and gravy, or you can add bacon, pulled pork, more cheese, ground beef - almost any ingredient you can think of. 

CBC Kitchener-Waterloo food columnist Andrew Coppolino asked whether or not it could be called Canada's national dish.
