Titan and its handler 'were an upbeat and successful team,' Chief Bryan Larkin says
Titan, a police dog that helped nab 18 suspects, has died after a sudden illness, Waterloo Regional Police Service says.
The 3.5-year-old German Shepherd has worked and trained for the past two years with its handler.
Just recently, Titan located a suspect who was armed with a knife in the Fairview Park area.
