Male spotted riding on outside of GO train on Kitchener line
'Incredibly dumb. Incredibly illegal. Definitely dangerous,' Metrolinx spokesperson says

A male has been arrested after transit officials saw a person riding on the outside of a GO train on the Kitchener line Monday evening.
An investigation is underway, says Metrolinx spokesperson Fannie Sunshine. The male was seen near the Bloor GO station, although it's unclear where the person boarded the train.
"They were witnessed by the station attendant and they eventually jumped off the train at Weston GO station and they were arrested by our transit safety officers," Sunshine said.
Sunshine says the person is facing charges.
"This is not only incredibly stupid, but incredibly dangerous as well. He could have injured himself, could have killed himself. And this definitely was not worth it," Sunshine said.
"We definitely do not encourage this type of behaviour. Incredibly dumb. Incredibly illegal. Definitely dangerous."
Anne Marie Aitkins, a senior media manager for Metrolinx, also tweeted about the incident, apologizing to riders who saw it happen.
