Where's the Pho in Waterloo Region?

Winter weather brings on cravings for comfort food, from roasts to stews.

One surefire way to warm your insides is with a big bowl of soup, say, Pho —​ Vietnamese noodle soup.

Pho is pronounced PHUH and has many variations, from the type of meat, to the toppings included.
