London man previously convicted of hate-related mischief facing new charges
London police say the Hate Crime Unit is investigating

A London man who has already served jail time for hate-related property damage is back in custody after allegedly committing the same offence.
Police arrested Mariusz Grabarczyk early Wednesday morning after they were alerted to multiple hate-related symbols and words written on signs and buildings in the Whitehills neighbourhood.
They said the graffiti was on both public and private property in the area of Coronation Drive and Dalmagarry Road.
"Our message is unequivocal: hate has no place in London. Together with our community leaders, we will do everything within our power to eradicate it," said Acting Superintendent Dave Pratt.
The investigation has been reassigned to the Hate Crime Unit, police said.
This is the third time the accused has been charged with hate-related graffiti. In March, Grabarczyk was sentenced to 182 days in jail after being convicted of spray painting symbols and words around Emily Carr Public School.
As he had been kept in custody, Grabarczyk had already served the time when the sentence was handed down.
Police said he is being kept behind bars until his next court appearance for this latest charged on July 21.
