London Police want to hear from Londoners as part of community consultations for their strategic planning.

The London Police and London Police Services Board (LPSB) are inviting the public to discuss their views and ideas at three virtual consultation meetings this fall. The feedback will be used to develop their 2024-2027 strategic plan.

Police are seeking input about crime prevention, law enforcement, victims' assistance, public order maintenance and emergency response.

Police Chief Steve Williams, deputy chiefs and members of the LPSB will present.

The virtual sessions will take place:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 19 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 3 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 24 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Those unable to attend the sessions can submit written feedback to the police by Nov. 30.

Due to impacts from the pandemic, the 2019-2021 business plan, Vision for a Safer London, was extended until 2023.
