Provincial police recovered two stolen vehicles, after responding to a roll over in Thames Centre on Monday morning.

The single-vehicle crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on Wellburn Road, between Elginfield Road and Gregory Drive. The OPP's canine unit was called in, when officers realized the lone driver of the vehicle ran from the scene and into a nearby cornfield.

Police say the crashed vehicle was stolen from Wellburn, while another vehicle discovered during the canine track was stolen from London.

A 25-year-old man from London faces a handful of charges, including dangerous driving, possession of stolen property under $5,000, and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
