Charles Huband is a Winnipeg lawyer who was a Manitoba Court of Appeal judge from 1979 until 2007. Before becoming a judge he was active in civic and provincial politics. He also was involved in the founding and continuing operations of Prairie Theatre Exchange and the Westminster Housing Society.
