Wondering who your federal candidate is in Manitoba? Interested in why they want the job of representing you?

CBC Manitoba teamed with journalism students from Red River College, posing a series of questions to the candidates about a variety of issues. We hope it gives you insight before you cast your ballot Oct.19.

What do your candidates think is the biggest issue facing the country? Would they attend a gay pride parade? How would they fight racism, tackle homegrown terrorism or deal with climate change?

You'll also find out a little more about their lighter sides, such as what music they listen to and what kind of vehicles they drive.

There has been much chatter on social media by people claiming not a single candidate has visited their doorsteps.

So we are bringing them to you instead.

As well, many federal riding boundaries have changed since the last election, so check CBC's interactive map to get a portrait of your riding and the candidates who have registered to vie for your vote.
