Gravel truck, car crash head-on north of Winnipeg

A man is in hospital after a head-on crash on Garven Road just north of Winnipeg.

Oakbank RCMP say it happened just after 9 a.m. Thursday between provincial roads 206 and 207.

A tandem dump truck and Honda Civic collided.

The driver of the gravel truck was not hurt but the driver of the Civic was sent to hospital with undetermined non-life-threatening injuries.

Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
