Girl, 13, last seen in St. Boniface in February: Winnipeg police

Winnipeg police are asking for the public's help to find a teenage girl who has been missing since February.

Elizabeth Lucier, 13, was last seen in the St. Boniface area in the evening hours on Feb. 22. She was reported missing on Thursday, police said in a Saturday news release.

She is described as five feet one inch tall and weighing 110 pounds. She has a thin build, medium-length brown hair and brown eyes.
