Missing Carberry senior last seen Thursday: RCMP

RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding a 78-year-old man in Carberry, Man. who has been missing since Thursday.

UPDATE: Manitoba RCMP reported on April 13 that Donald Paschke has been found dead. 

Manitoba RCMP are asking for the public's help in finding a 78-year-old man from Carberry.

Donald Paschke was reported missing on Saturday from a residence on Main Street in the town, about 170 kilometres west of Winnipeg. He was last seen by a neighbour at around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Officers have since searched the area and conducted extensive patrols, but Mounties have yet to find him, police said in a news release Saturday. 

Paschke is five feet high and seven inches tall. RCMP said he has blue eyes and white-grey hair. 

Mounties are concerned for Donald's well-being and are asking Carberry residents to check their yards and buildings on their property for any sign of Paschke.
