Thompson woman missing since Monday has been found, say RCMP

A 24-year-old Thompson woman who went missing earlier this week has been found safe, say RCMP.

Police had issued a news release Wednesday, asking the public for any information and saying she had last been seen Monday afternoon.

An updated release was issued Thursday, saying the woman had been located. No information was provided on when or where she was found.

A previous version of this story included the woman's name and photograph.

Those have been removed now that she is no longer missing, in order to protect her privacy.
