Spray pads to start opening in Winnipeg this weekend
All but 1 of the city's 29 spray pads will open Saturday

Most spray pads in Winnipeg will open tomorrow ahead of what's set to be a warm and sunny week in the city.
All but one of the city's 29 spray pads will open for the season on Saturday, according to the city's website.
The openings come as temperatures are set to rise from 21 C on Saturday to up to 30 C on Thursday, according to Environment Canada's latest forecast.
Most spray pads are open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. every day until Sept. 1, according to a news release issued Friday.
Heated outdoor pools are set to begin opening on June 20, with the exception of Fort Garry Lions, which is set to open a week later along with unheated pools, the release says. They will operate all week, weather permitting.
Wading pools will open on a staggered basis beginning July 1, the release says.
The Boyd Park spray pad will also open on July 1.
A list of locations and opening status can be found on the city's website. Winnipeggers can also contact 311 to get that information.
