Harper, Mulcair and Trudeau in Montreal ahead of French-language debate
Federal leaders vying for seats in Quebec as election day approaches
All three major party leaders were in the Montreal area today ahead of a French-language debate on Friday.

NDP Leader Tom Mulcair was at the Musée d'art contemporain in the downtown riding of Laurier-Sainte-Marie, which the New Democrats snatched from Bloc Québécois Leader Gilles Duceppe in 2011. He is trying to win it back from Hélène Laverdière in this election.
Trudeau made an announcement at Manutention Québec, a company in Lac St. Louis, a riding on Montreal's West Island that is a longtime Liberal bastion.
It is one of a handful of seats in Montreal that the Liberals kept in the last election.
Conservative Leader Stephen Harper had no public events on his calendar and will instead focus on preparation for the debate hosted by the TVA network.
Bloc Leader Gilles Duceppe's lone campaign event today was a morning news conference in Montreal where he discussed supply management.
Green Party Leader Elizabeth May is in British Columbia.
