Montreal's Just For Laughs Festival has announced more details of its summer lineup.

Habs defenceman P.K. Subban will take the stage to host the P.K. All-Star Comedy Gala.

All proceeds raised for this charity gala will be donated to the Montreal Children's  Hospital Foundation.

Last year, Subban and his foundation pledged at least $10 million to the hospital, billed as the largest philanthropic commitment ever made by a professional athlete in Canada.

Festival favourite Sebastian Maniscalco and Canadian comedian Russell Peters will also perform.

Jay Pharoah, a cast member of NBC's Saturday Night Live, is also on board, while the Kids in the Hall's Scott Thompson will host a gala of Canadian comedians.

Just for Laughs had previously announced Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Lewis Black and David Cross will perform.

The event runs from July 13 to Aug. 1.
