The PQ also plans to set up focus groups to refine its economic platform to convince Quebecers to vote for its party, Radio-Canada has learned.
The secret plan was discussed during the PQ's weekend conference in Trois-Rivières.
The goal of the plan is to mobilise nationalists who did not vote in the 2014 provincial election and "unite all sovereignists" by 2018.
