P.K. Subban takes jabs at Habs management at Just for Laughs
Former Hab makes triumphant return to Montreal to tell jokes and raise money
P.K. Subban's debut as a Just for Laughs gala host was a hit before he even said a word.
He was welcomed with a lengthy standing ovation and chants of "P.K!" Â
Fans couldn't get enough of the former Canadiens defenceman, who was unceremoniously shipped to Nashville in June.
Subban took a few swipes at his former team's management at the charity gala, whose proceeds will go to the Montreal Children's Hospital.
But he also took pains to thank the team for helping him get his start in the NHL.
