Quebec public sector employees are taking part in more walkouts today as part of a series of rotating strikes across the province.

Teachers, health-care professionals and civil servants are walking off the job this week to protest stalled negotiations with the provincial government.

CEGEPs, schools and daycares in the Eastern Townships, the Montérégie, Centre-du-Québec and Mauricie will be affected. This strike involves over 28,000 public sector workers.

The Commission scolaire de Montréal, Quebec's largest school board, will also be on strike Wednesday through Thursday.

Teachers at the Riverside School Board on Montreal's South Shore are also on strike.
