Men arrested with murder suspect Tyler Noel have case adjourned

​Court proceedings involving two men arrested along with a murder suspect in Moncton have been adjourned until March 30 so their lawyer can review evidence.

Zachary Holden, 18, of Moncton is charged with being an accessory after the fact in the murder of Baylee Wylie. Holden is also charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling house, flight from police and dangerous driving.

Bradley John Bonnell, 20, of Wheaton Settlement, is also charged with being an accessory to murder after the fact and with being unlawfully in a dwelling house.

Holden and Bonnell were arrested with Tyler Noel on Jan. 10. when Noel was being sought for first-degree murder in collection with Wylie's death in December.

The body of Wylie, 18, was found in a burned unit of a triplex in Moncton. RCMP said Wylie's death was violent.

Noel, 18, and Marissa Shephard, 20, are charged with first-degree murder and arson. Devin Morningstar, 18, is also charged with first-degree murder.

In Moncton provincial court on Thursday, lawyer Jeremy Erickson told Judge Troy Sweet he had received additional disclosure evidence from the Crown and requested time to go over the evidence.

Erickson is Bonnell's lawyer and was also acting for Holden.

Sweet agreed to the request for more time and adjourned the case until March 30 at 9:30 a.m.

Wylie's mother attended Thursday's court proceeding but did not have any public comment.

Shephard, who spent 10 weeks eluding police capture, is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
