Bob Hallett is an artist, entrepreneur and the producer of the musical No Change in the Weather. As part of the development of this show, he has done extensive research into the fiscal state of Newfoundland and Labrador, and helped organize the Schroeder Policy Institute, a think tank devoted to improving fiscal policy in N.L. and Canada.
