The Qajuqturvik Community Food Centre and CBC North are proud to bring you Niriliuqtiit Unite, where talented community cooks step into the food centre's kitchen to whip up some amazing treats.

The first guest chef is Erin Lyons, the mind behind many of the meals served at the Qajuqturvik Community Food Centre. Lyons will be creating a new menu for this event on Nov. 30 at 7 p.m.

The menu for this amazing night is as follows:

  • Appetizer: Goat cheese pistachio honey crostinis
  • Entre: Herb-crusted rack of lamb and butternut squash risotto
  • Dessert: Pumpkin cheesecake

We have also partnered with the Qajuqturvik Community Food Centre for our Make the Season Kind Campaign. Please consider supporting the Qajuqturvik Community Food Centre this holiday season and the ongoing push to make sure everyone has a good nutritious meal in Nunavut.
