Chase the Ace in Sydney adds new ticket venue for $1.9M jackpot draw
Centre 200 will sell tickets this weekend
Thousands of people are expected in Sydney on Saturday for the Chase the Ace draw hosted by the Ashby Legion and the Horizon Achievement Centre.
Here are five things you need to know about this week's draw.
Big jackpot
The jackpot is estimated to be $1.9 million.
Cards left
There are seven cards left in the deck. The winning ticket holder will automatically win a percentage of the jackpot, plus a chance to draw for the ace.
Last week's winner took home $263,000.
New ticket venue
Centre 200 had been added as a ticket venue. The arena is hosting a pre-ECMA event at the same time as the draw.
Chase the Ace tickets will be sold at the venue and the draw will be streamed live. There will also be a ticket verifier on site.
Additional venues
Other venues include the Ashby Legion and the Horizon Achievement Centre (the sponsors of the draw), the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion, the New Dawn Centre for Social Innovation, the Mayflower Mall, the Grand Lake Road fire hall, Sydney Academy and the Cedars Club.
Traffic and security plan
Cape Breton Regional Police have devised a traffic and security plan. As with last week, there will be a number of additional police officers located at each of the designated Chase the Ace venues, to help ensure the safety and security of participants.
Traffic is also expected to be heavy around each of the ticket venues.
