Cogswell Interchange replacement showcased in virtual tour

Peter Bigelow, manager of public lands planning for Halifax Regional Municipality, took regional council on a guided tour of the future Halifax this week.

The virtual aerial video shows how the city could look if plans to tear down the Cogswell Interchange and rebuild the area are carried out.

The virtual flight passes through the "north gateway," new bike lanes and revamped roadways.
