      Federal efforts to stop the spread of marine parasites, disease and invasive species are being built into Maritime lobster businesses. Fisheries and Oceans Canada is requiring euthanasia of all egg-bearing female lobsters found in holding facilities. As Paul Withers reports, two years after it was imposed, not everyone is aware.
