What will the results say about Canada and the country we aspire to be? Vassy Kapelos asks on a special Canada Votes Election Day edition of Power and Politics from 4 to 6:30 p.m. ET on CBC News Network.
CBC Ottawa News at 6 will have a special 30-minute program on CBC TV and Gem. Local reporters will fan out across the region before and after the polls close.
Canada Votes 2019: Election Night starts at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBC TV, CBC News Network, Gem, cbcnews.ca and the CBC News app. The National's Rosemary Barton will be with you throughout the night to keep you posted on the results immediately as they come in.
Ian Hanomansing, Andrew Chang, David Cochrane and Heather Hiscox will be sharing results as they become available from ridings across the country. Vassy Kapelos, Duncan McCue, guest analyst Peter Mansbridge and the At Issue panel will provide context and analysis.
