CBC Ottawa has been following 20 ridings in the region, from Belleville to Petawawa and Maniwaki to Grenville-sur-la-Rouge. Stay up-to-date on what's happening in your local riding by following our digital coverage.  



Here's a breakdown of where to find CBC's special election coverage on Oct. 21.

What will the results say about Canada and the country we aspire to be? Vassy Kapelos asks on a special Canada Votes Election Day edition of Power and Politics from 4 to 6:30 p.m. ET on CBC News Network.

CBC Ottawa News at 6 will have a special 30-minute program on CBC TV and Gem. Local reporters will fan out across the region before and after the polls close. 

Canada Votes 2019: Election Night starts at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBC TV, CBC News Network, Gem, cbcnews.ca and the CBC News app. The National's Rosemary Barton will be with you throughout the night to keep you posted on the results immediately as they come in.

Ian Hanomansing, Andrew Chang, David Cochrane and Heather Hiscox will be sharing results as they become available from ridings across the country. Vassy Kapelos, Duncan McCue, guest analyst Peter Mansbridge and the At Issue panel will provide context and analysis.

Starting at 7 p.m. ET, CBC Radio's election special will have in-depth coverage of the night.

Susan Bonner of the World at Six and Chris Hall, national affairs editor and host of The House, will lead a team of senior CBC journalists bringing listeners the latest information, and the stories behind the numbers.

CBC Ottawa reporters will provide live updates on the local ridings throughout the evening.
